Recycled Fabrics

We source recycled fibers from diverse origins, offering fabrics that balance performance with sustainability:

  • Recycled Polyester (rPET): Derived from plastic bottles and waste polyester, durable and quick-drying. Widely used in activewear, outerwear, and performance fabrics.
  • Recycled Nylon (e.g., Econyl®): Made from discarded fishing nets, carpets, and nylon waste. High resilience and abrasion resistance, ideal for swimwear, leggings, and outdoor gear.
  • Recycled Cotton: Sourced from old garments and textile scraps, significantly reducing water usage. Commonly applied in T-shirts, fleece, denim, often blended for strength.
  • Recycled Wool: Re-spun from used wool garments, maintaining strong insulation. Popular in coats, sweaters, and scarves.
  • Recycled Denim: Made from discarded denim fabrics, preserving authentic denim aesthetics while saving water and dye.
  • Regenerated Cellulose (Lyocell/TENCEL™):Wood-pulp-based fiber made through closed-loop processes. Soft, breathable, and highly sustainable.
  • Natural Waste-based Fibers: Fibers from pineapple leaves (Piñatex), banana stems, sugarcane waste, used for vegan leather alternatives and innovative textiles.

Circular Design

We integrate circularity principles from the design stage:

  • All-recycled componentssuch as sewing threads, linings, and pocketing.
  • Modular & easy-disassembly design to extend product lifecycle.
  • DPP-ready datafor full traceability from fiber to finished garment.

Eco-friendly Processes

We reduce environmental impact through eco-conscious processes:

  • Non-toxic finishing:OEKO-TEX® certified dyes and PFAS-free water-repellent finishing.
  • Energy & water saving:Low-temperature dyeing and water recycling systems to cut carbon and water use.
  • Waste reuse:Fabric scraps recycled into yarns, achieving near-zero waste workshops.
